There wasn’t always enough time to prepare lunch or leave the office to grab a bite. The store bought frozen meals got me through many days at work and allowed some bible study time. So, in this post, I’m sharing a list of some great frozen meals for lunch.
These frozen meals are also meals that I thoroughly recall enjoying and frequently purchasing for my lunch. They aren’t listed in any particular order below:
Great Frozen Meals for Lunch:

- Red Baron 3 Meat French Bread Pizza
- Marie Callender’s Steak & Roasted Potatoes
- Banquet Classic Spaghetti & Meatballs
- Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Panini
- Red Baron Meat Trio Deep Dish Singles
- Lean Cuisine Chicken in Sweet BBQ Sauce
These frozen meals were my favorite because the flavor of each meal was consistent, affordable pricing, and the office microwave didn’t overcook them.
My life was so busy then, and I leaned on frozen meals at least one week per month.
Although I no longer frequent an office, I haven’t turned my back on frozen meals for lunch. The most recent frozen meal that I’ve enjoyed for lunch was a French Bread Pizza from Red Baron and it was delish as usual.
If I were to ever return to an office, one of these meals would be loaded in my lunchbox at some point.
But for now, I’m embracing my new love for cooking and actually still researching meal delivery services.
