This post is all about ideas for New Year’s Resolutions.
It’s great that you want to do something different in the New Year! You may not have a specific resolution yet so I’m sharing a few ideas that you can try or that might spark some inspiration for your own New Year’s Resolutions.
Ideas for New Year’s Resolutions:
1.) Start a gratitude list and reflect on what you’re grateful for at the beginning or end of each day.
2.) Be more intentional with each day of your life and the things you focus on. It can be as simple as spending less time on social media, spend more time with family, set aside time to move your body daily, etc.

3.) Cook one new recipe each month to try new flavors and cuisines
4.) Increase your water intake if you’ve been slacking.
5.) Do a random act of kindness each week!
6.) Set boundaries to protect your peace from toxic people or activities.
7.) Make a travel bucket list and visit one destination. (Check out mine!)
8.) Do one self-care activity each week.
9.) Spend less on monthly subscriptions to save a few coins.

10.) Clean out your purse or wallet. Remove unneeded receipts, organize loose coins and cards, and place your money in the correct wallet compartment.
11.) Choose a bible reading plan to help read through the Bible this year

I hope these ideas were helpful. A new year can be the perfect time to reset or try something new in life. Plus, I don’t believe that resolutions have to start exactly on January 1st either!
We’re all works in progress and our goals should have some flexibility as well.
