In the last post, I shared that I was also celebrating a small victory this week. The image/title above has obviously revealed that it’s the one year Blog Anniversary of Berries and Grace!
Happy Blogiversary!
I’m thankful and still in a state of disbelief. One year has already passed and we’re still pushing forward. I’m so happy that I took action on this goal.
My first blog post was published on 9/28/20, but my site was still not live. I was too nervous to remove the ‘Coming soon’ page until 10/1/20.
It’s funny now, but I am so glad that I got over that hurdle!
Let me share why this one year milestone is really special for me. It has been such a long time since I stayed committed to doing something that I enjoy.
In the past, there wasn’t any extra energy available after work and I would allow scheduling issues or toxic people to get in my way.
From the start of this journey, I didn’t allow doubt, other people, or physical/spiritual storms to derail me at all.
So, have I met every milestone I set to achieve in the first year with the blog?
No, but it is okay.
I’m one year deep now with even more understanding and enthusiasm. There is still a lot of work to be done, but I’m just so thankful that I started.
Are there any goals or dreams that you keep setting aside? Don’t let doubt delay your start date any longer.
I really hope you go after your goals, too. It may be a lonely journey at times but try to enjoy the small victories along the way. It may be just enough to keep you going!
Welp, this is just my way of celebrating a small victory. It may not mean much to anyone else, but I count it all as joy. Thank you, God!
Sending a huge wave of love to EVERY reader that blessed my blog with their presence! I pray God blesses each and every one of you with abundance and peace.
By the way, these cupcakes are delicious!! Talk soon!
